Inner city condominium apartments and townhouses are what I know best. I’m proud to say I have been a part of selling the development and construction of condominium buildings which are now homes to thousands of Calgary residents. Customers tell me they appreciate my up-to-date knowledge of competitive sale prices, condominium fees, and historic trends for buyers and sellers.

I am a third generation Calgarian. Mostly I’m an urban guy, who can also claim farm and mountain roots. I bought my first home when I was 20. It was a condo on 15th Avenue SW. I have been a condo dweller, and now live in a multi-generational, cross-cultural single family home. Wherever you may find yourself on the scale, I get it.

It has been great to be a part of the sale of ‘firsts’: the first condos in west downtown (The Marquis) and East Village (Evolution), and the first modern condos in Mount Royal (Emerald Stone and The Montana) and Kensington (St John). I’ve helped people buy or sell in Bridgeland, Inglewood, Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Airdrie.

As a condo resident, owner and board member, I know what to look for in solid construction, transportation access, neighbourhood, quality property managers, and what to look for in condo documentation.

I have a sunny disposition, and when we work together you’ll see that I appreciate that buying and selling a home is serious business. I’m here to sincerely listen, and be patient about what you need and what you want in a home.
